Buffalo, NY – A group of aviation safety advocates came to Buffalo to talk about a lawsuit it filed against the Federal Aviation Administration just two weeks after the fatal crash of Flight 3407.
The National Air Disaster Alliance Foundation is made up of airline safety experts, crash survivors and family members of air disaster victims. They are suing the FAA for failing to make runway improvements and ignoring safety recommendations for airplane icing -- two items that are on the National Transportation Safety Board's most wanted list.
