Buffalo Waterfront Initiative

Buffalo, NY – Some local business people are joining forces with the city and community to create the Buffalo Waterfront Initiative.

They will host a public meeting at 6'o'clock Wednesay night about the future of downtown's waterfront. WBFO'S Eileen Buckley talked to one of the organizers about the goals of this latest waterfront collaboration.

Earl Ketry owns the Pearl Street Grill in downtown Buffalo. He will host this waterfront meeting at his restaurant tonightl. Ketry is referring to their efforts to explore and act on new waterfront opportunities as the "Nautical mile".
