Cheektowaga, NY – The National Transportation Safety Board wrapped up its hearings into the crash of Flight 3407 in Washington Thursday.

Experts are suggesting that the crash of a commuter flight in Clarence could have been avoided if there had been an additional warning device in the cockpit. A NASA scientist said an audible warning that the plane was losing air speed would have grabbed the attention of the distracted pilots. The families of those killed on board the flight are now demanding airline industry changes.
