The parent of a Flight 3407 victim cringes every time he hears 50 people died in the crash. That's because 69 year old James Neill is not only mourning the loss of his daughter Jennifer, but also his unborn grandson. Neill says Jennifer was 27 weeks pregnant when the crash occurred a year ago.

Neill says he wants the NTSB and New York State to change the policy and count his unborn grandchild in the flight 3407 death toll.
