Buffalo, NY – State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli has released an audit that criticizes former Niagara County Treasurer David Broderick for potentially exploiting his position.
Broderick stands accused of foregoing competitive bids in order to hire friends and family to assist in transactions and of selling estates for below market value.
Broderick defends his actions, calling the audit flawed.
