Girls Education Collaborative supporting new school for girls in Africa

The Girls Education Collaborative continues to support the education of young women in developing countries. WBFO's senior reporter Eileen Buckley met with the organization's executive director, Anne Wadesworth, who is now in Tanzania, for the grand opening of a new school supporting girls’ education.     

The Immaculate Heart Sisters of Africa opened the Kitenga School for girls in Africa.

This Wednesday a grand opening will be held at the Kitenga School for Girls. The Girls Education Collaborative has provided support to help The Immaculate Heart Sisters of Africa who own and operate the school.
