Latest Flight 3407 Lawsuits Filed in Buffalo

Buffalo, NY – The latest wrongful death lawsuits say a low airspeed device could have prevented the crash of Flight 3407. The suits were filed in Buffalo Federal court Tuesday. The lawsuits were filed on behalf of the family of a Chautauqua County couple killed in the crash. Linda and Ronald Davidson of Westfield were returning from a celebration for their upcoming 40th wedding anniversary when the plane slammed into a home.
