National Weather Service says Worst is Over for WNY

Western New York is recovering from the damage left by Hurricane Sandy, but forecasters say things could have been much worse.  WBFO's Jim Ranney talked with National Weather Service Meteorologist Jeff Wood about the storm that blew through the region late Monday and early Tuesday.
