Rochester doctor faces felony charge

A Monroe County judge sentenced a Rochester psychiatrist to the maximum term on a felony charge of tampering with evidence.

William Lewek will serve 4 years in prison after he admitted to burying a man's body in his back yard. The cause of death in the case has not been determined, but a drug overdose is suspected. The 63-year-old Lewek has a history of mental health issues and drug abuse.
