Sale of Niagara County nursing home stalled

A lawsuit filed in State Supreme Court could foil the sale of the former Niagara County nursing home.

The County arranged to sell the property to businessman David Tosetto, who plans to transform the building into an assisted living facility. The suit, filed by Briarwood Manor, claims that a bidding process for the sale was illegally overlooked. Briarwood is also interested in the property.
