State gun control measures to be reviewed
New York State's new gun control measures were rushed through Albany and changes to that legislation are soon to come.
Governor Cuomo and lawmakers will make certain that police officers are not held to restrictions on the size of ammunition clips. There are also concerns that some pistol permit holders can avoid having that information become public. This privacy exemption has been scrutinized by the media and many government watch dog groups.
A review of the law is expected soon.
