Union counsel to serve prison term

The lawyer for the New York State Thruway employees union will be serving prison time.

Kevin Clor was sentenced to up to eight years behind bars for stealing nearly $200,000 from the union he represented. The thefts began in 2006 and were executed over a period of five years.

Clor pleaded guilty to all 34 counts against him.
