Erie County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the HEAP office on Main Street yesterday afternoon after two women caused a disturbance and became combative.

Danielle Gboloo and Blake Hamilton, both 21 and from New York City, are facing charges for obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

Erie County Sheriff’s Spokesperson Scott Zylka said Hamilton also allegedly punched a deputy in the face.

“They were shouting while inside the office. They were asked to tone down their volume. Subsequently, they became more agitated. The two females were arrested. While taking one in to custody, they did punch a deputy and struck him in the face,” said Zylka.

Zylka said the deputy had some swelling, but remained on duty. Hamilton is facing additional charges for disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise, disorderly conduct – fighting, harassment, and disorderly conduct – obscene gestures.
