This spring, when you head into your favorite licensed establishment and look at the taps, you will see a new beer with an old name. Buffalo's Community Beer Works is reviving Iroquois Beer.

With the new federal tax law in place, local developers are breathing a sigh of relief that it wasn't worse for them. There had been a concern historic preservation tax credits would be abandoned and this method of early financing has been key in adaptive reuse of many older buildings in Buffalo.

The Buffalo Niagara International Airport scored a victory when Frontier Airlines decided to provide service there. According to Jim Fink of Business First, the discount air carrier was also being pursued by airports in Rochester and Syracuse. Fink says Frontier will fill an area need when it begins flying from Buffalo to Denver.

The Hotel Henry in the H.H. Richardson complex has been open for a few weeks now. Buffalo Spree Editor Elizabeth Licata toured the hotel last week and posted some of the photos she took on her Facebook page. On this week's Press Pass with WBFO's Mark Scott, Elizabeth says the restored landmark is magnificent.
