Renovations at Rich Products were revealed Tuesday. The company says the upgrades at its Buffalo headquarters on Niagara Street are expected to improve the employee and customer experience.

Rich Products has announced that it will be closing one of its local plants.

A lawsuit has been filed against Rich Products by a teen who was sickened by E. coli contamination.

Rich Products is working around the clock with federal agencies to pinpoint contamination in a brand of its frozen snack products.  WBFO'S Eileen Buckley says  the company voluntarily recalled more than 196-pounds of frozen food under the Farm Rich name after an outbreak of E-coli.
