Arrest made in Target fire

Amherst police have made an arrest in Thursday's fire at a Target store on Niagara Falls Boulevard. 

Sixty-four-year-old William Lattin of Buffalo is charged with second degree arson.  He was arraigned in Amherst Town Court Friday and is being held on $50,000.

It's estimated the fire caused million of dollars in damage, mostly from smoke and water, to the store's products. 

Authorities identified a suspect from witness descriptions and video footage.  They say Lattin returned to the store after it re-opened Friday, where he was spotted by security.  Amherst Police were summoned.  Lattin was arrested. 

Police are not speculating on a motive.
