Baseball fans have two more weeks to wait for the 130th season of professional baseball in Buffalo. As a sign that first pitch is warming up, the Coca-Cola Field grass was cut for the first time Wednesday.

The team was talking baseball, showing off some of the new food items for the new season and discussing other fan amenities.

"The seats are the biggest thing. Obviously the color, green. They are three inches wider than the older seats," said General Manager Mike Buczkowski of the stadium's new 3,200 seats.

"This is phase one of being able to continue to do this in coming years. Now, funding is always going to be key and we will continue to work with all our partners to try to continue to upgrade."

Buczkowski says those wider seats lower the capacity to 17,600. He says the team is enjoying its relationship with the Toronto Blue Jays, including being able to sell tickets in the Rogers Center. What players will be assigned to play here isn't yet clear.
