The man wanted by Buffalo Police for shooting at officers on the morning of April 4 was arraigned in Buffalo City Court Tuesday.
Robert McBride, 23, faces two counts of first degree attempted murder, one count of second degree criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of first degree attempted assault: all felonies.
It is alleged that McBride was being pursued by Buffalo Police officers when he fired shots at them, following a shots-fired call near Newburgh and Lang avenues on the city's East Side about 4:30 a.m. Neither officer was injured.
McBride will face a felony hearing on April 15 and has been remanded without bail. If convicted on all charges, he faces 40 years to life in prison.
