Dr. James Corasanti, who was convicted of drunk driving in a 2011 accident that killed a teenage skateboarder, was involved in another DWI accident Thursday morning.  This time, it was the driver of the other car who was allegedly drunk.

The car Corasanti was riding in was rear-ended by a 17 year old girl with a blood alcohol level well above the legal limit. The teenager was uninjured, but faces several traffic charges.

Corasanti complained of a sore back after the accident on the outbound Kensington Expressway at the mainline Thruway, and was taken to Buffalo General Hospital.

The driver of the car he was in, his secretary Jodie Clark, was taken by ambulance to ECMC with a head injury.
