Plan for rebuilding U.S. infrastructure brought to Buffalo

With little progress being made, in Washington D.C., on how to pay for fixing the nation's crumbling infrastructure - the U.S. Chamber of Commerce - which bills itself as the world's largest business organization - is traveling the nation pushing a solution. WBFO's Chris Caya has an overview with the Chamber's Vice President of Transportation and Infrastructure Ed Mortimer.
