Reward offering could help foil terror efforts

US Senator Charles Schumer is supporting new legislation that will reward individuals who help to thwart a terror attack by sharing information through social media.

The law would provide a $25,000 reward, and the legislation is expected to be introduced sometime this month. Schumer will be holding a press conference later today when he is expected to release details of this new bill.
