The Erie County District Attorney's Office said two Buffalo women have now pleaded guilty to felony charges of arson in connection with a Molotov cocktail incident New Year's Day at a multi-family home in Buffalo.

Ayesha Patterson, 29, had pleaded guilty to the charge on Feb. 19, while Latoya Austin, 41, entered her plea in State Supreme Court on Tuesday.

The women admitted to throwing multiple bottles containing gasoline with ignited wicks into the lower level of the home on Breckenridge Street, after a domestic dispute with a resident in the house. The resulting fire displaced six residents and sent three children and a Buffalo Police officer to the hospital for treatment.

Each woman faces a maximum of 25 years in prison at sentencing on Sept. 2.
