The Lancaster Democrat said access to in-person exams is scarce because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The College Board has canceled the June SAT exam and has abandoned plans for in-home SAT exams due to problems with its attempts to administer Advanced Placement in-home testing.

Wallace stated that the lack of an ability to take a standardized test should not deny access to higher education for a student because of inadequate preparation due to the COVID-19 crisis, economic hardship or the George Floyd protests.
