Absentee ballots were counted in the Buffalo School Board Park District race and incumbent Carl Paladino is the winner. Paladino defeated 18-year-old Austin Harig. But the 18-year-old opponent created a tight race for the powerful businessman.

Earlier this week Buffalo School Board member Carl Paladino emerged the winner over his 18-year-old opponent Austin Harig. But as WBFO's Eileen Buckley reports, the teen is considering suing Paladino for an election night remark.

State Supreme Court Justices ruled on two Buffalo School Board petition challenges Wednesday.  WBFO's Focus on Education Reporter Eileen Buckley was in the courtrooms for the day-long proceedings.
