A man that Erie County District Attorney John Flynn says was a suspect from the start was arraigned Friday morning in connection with a gruesome hit-and-run on Broadway near Bailey Avenue three summers ago.

Buffalo police are investigating a hit-and-run that occurred around 12:30 p.m. Saturday in a parking lot on the 2500 block of Main Street.

The woman prosecutors say struck a man on a bicycle with her car in late 2013, and then left him to die, faces jail time. It's the result of a plea deal announced Monday morning in State Supreme Court.

Buffalo Police say they have apprehended the driver of a hit and run accident that took place at around ten Tuesday night at Delaware Avenue and West Utica Street.

A 36-year-old woman fled on foot after the pickup truck she was driving struck a motorcyclist and a fire hydrant. The motorcyclist is identified as 51-year-old Jeffrey Stanton of Tonawanda, who is in critical condition at ECMC’s trauma unit.

Stanton was driving north on Delaware when he was hit by the pickup, which was westbound on Utica.
