In an unprecedented move, New York has canceled its Democratic presidential primary that was scheduled for June 23 amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The polls in Erie County had just opened when Paul Migliore and a fellow volunteer for the Bernie Sanders campaign were pounding signs into lawns outside some polling places in North Buffalo.

Ahead of New York's presidential primary on Tuesday, former President Bill Clinton returned to Buffalo to stump for his wife, Hillary Clinton.  A recent poll released by her Democratic rival, Bernie Sanders, shows Clinton just six points ahead of Sanders in New York state.
