Buffalo Bills head coach Doug Marrone and general manager Doug Whaley held an end-of-year press conference from Orchard Park Monday to look back on a season where the team improved, but again failed to make the playoffs.

After a season guiding the Buffalo Bills to their first winning record since 2004, the team announced Monday morning that quarterback Kyle Orton has informed the front office of his plans to retire from the NFL.
